Our document management is a foolproof process in which we leave no room for error. The document is first picked from the client’s place and stored at Core Computer’s secure facility. Documents are then prepared by grouping them in batches after the removal of staple pins/paper clips. These batches are scanned and converted into digital images, which are later enhanced and indexed both manually and automatically. The images are OCRed and the files are converted into RTF (Rich Text Format) for further use.
